Ava Nutrition Foody was designed as an offline-first operational workspace. Every schedule, tray assignment, meal set, template, macro score, and allergen matrix you build stays on your device. This policy explains, in plain terms, exactly what that means.
We collect nothing. Ava Nutrition Foody does not request account creation, does not ask for your name or email to use the app, and does not gather usage analytics, device identifiers, or location data. There is no hidden telemetry running in the background.
Because no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There are no advertising partners to feed and no behavioral models being trained on your catering plans. Your service waves and menu logic remain your business alone.
All schedules, dishes, meal sets, templates, load indicators, and audit tape entries are stored locally on your device only. Nothing is synchronized to a cloud server, and we operate no backend database capable of storing your planning content.
Ava Nutrition Foody does not integrate third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. The app functions fully offline, so there is no third party positioned to intercept or receive your data.
Because your allergen matrices, macro scores, and completeness flags never transmit off your device, there is no transmission channel to secure and no remote database to breach. Security is inherited from your device's own operating system protections.
Ava Nutrition Foody is a professional operations tool and is not directed at children. In any case, since the app collects no data from any user of any age, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather information from children, in line with COPPA principles.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote profile to request deletion of. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all locally stored plans, templates, and audit records — you hold complete control at all times.
If our data practices ever change, we will revise this policy and update the Effective Date above before the change takes effect. We do not anticipate introducing data collection, given the app's offline-first design.
